Up to 14 guests can stay at Cape Town Villa. The bedrooms are spread out over different levels, which makes a noticeable difference when the villa is full. There's more than enough space to share and enjoy.
Cape Town Villa is in Zwaanswyk, on the Constantia side of Cape Town. It sits close to Tokai Forest and the surrounding wine farms, so it's quieter than the city, but not far from it.
It tends to work for both. The way the space is laid out means people can separate easily, but there are still enough shared areas for everyone to spend time together.
There are three swimming pools on the property, including one with a water slide between levels. Inside, there's a cinema room that seats twelve, along with a bar, pool table, table tennis, and a wine cellar. The villa also includes a jacuzzi room, sauna, and a gym.
From Zwaanswyk Luxury Villa, most of the well-known parts of Cape Town sit within a 20 to 30 minute drive. That includes the city, Camps Bay, and the Atlantic coastline.
The way Zwaanswyk Luxury Villa is laid out makes the biggest difference. It's spread across multiple levels, with a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces, including three pools and shared areas that don't feel confined to one part of the house.
